Find out how we can help

We offer “gold standard” laser treatments that represent excellent value. These treatments are performed under local anaesthesia and are a walk-in, walk-out procedure by our Expert Consultant Vascular Surgeon, Rob Windhaber. There are no waiting lists, no major cuts, and you can return to work in just a day or two. Endovenous Laser Ablation is the safest and most effective treatment for most types of varicose veins and is the type of treatment endorsed as the “gold standard” by both NICE and the European Society of Vascular Surgery in their guidelines.

We are recognized by all major insurance companies and provide peace of mind for self-funding patients with our fully inclusive Ramsay Totalcare packages. Private care doesn’t have to be expensive.

Day Case Laser Varicose Vein Removal

Our laser treatments are guaranteed and our prices are fully inclusive with no hidden extras. If, for any reason, our treatment does not produce the agreed result, we will treat you again free of charge. The prices below include day-case treatment of all agreed veins with “gold standard” Endovenous Laser, any necessary Phlebectomies, and foam treatment. All aftercare, including stockings, follow-up appointments, and any additional injections for residual veins, is included, and there are no additional charges.

How Does the Process Work?

The process begins with a detailed and thorough face-to-face consultation in the outpatient clinic, which takes about 1 hour. During this assessment, you will meet our expert vascular surgeon, Rob Windhaber, who performs all our vein removal treatments. Rob will ask you about your vein condition, your medical history, any medications you are taking, and any allergies you have. He will then examine your legs and perform a detailed ultrasound venous duplex scan on both legs to assess the veins’ functioning and identify the cause and extent of any vein problem.

The most important part of the consultation is the discussion that follows. During this time, Rob will explain your vein problem, listen to all your concerns, and talk you through all your options. This will include options to treat your veins and options for managing your vein problem conservatively. At the end of this process, you should have all the information you need to decide what is best for you and understand how we can support you with this. After your consultation, we will send you a detailed letter, including a fixed price quote for any treatment you are considering. If you wish to proceed with treatment, this can be arranged through Rob’s secretary, Claire Bosustow, whose details will also be in the letter.

Outpatient Clinic Varicose Vein Foam Sclerotherapy Injections

For patients not suitable for Endothermal Ablation, we offer foam sclerotherapy. While this technique is not as effective or straightforward as Endovenous Laser Ablation, it is useful for smaller veins in patients who do not require immediate results. The package includes Foam Injections in the outpatient clinic, all aftercare, including stockings, follow-up appointments, and any additional injections for residual veins, and there are no additional charges.
